Is Cheney Above the Law?

Everyone in power makes mistakes and has to make decisions on their beliefs. If he broke civilian law against the person that would be another story, but he had to do what he thought was right and although i think many of his choices are wrong, you can ask him to justify his decisions but he is not punishable for them. If we start doing this, he'd ultimately have to be responsible for every soldier that got killed as a result of the war. He's not a tyrant. He's just not perfect.
