Julie and Julia type blog... WHAT BAKING BOOK TO USE?!?

Why limit yourself to one book? There are DOZENS of cookbooks out there that are only desserts. Personally, I like the Betty Crocker Cookbook. It's been around for years and it has lots of good desserts. It also has a lot of other great recipes too. I also like Fannie Farmer. Why don't you start with one book with great recipes, pick which are your favorites, write about them, then move on to another book and its great recipes. Don't limit yourself!
