Should I help out my friends mom or not?

I am 14 years old and I live with my friend and his mom. my friend left for college a year agp so it is just me and his mom. we became very close and had like a best friend relationship with him and his mom. me and his mom got really closer after he left. she got into a really bad accident and broke her arms and a leg. she will be released very soon. I am the closest family she has. she asked me to help her when she is released with everything. I have to shop, feed, clean, and most of all, give her a bath and change her. I know My hormones will go berserk if I have to do that because she is smokin hot and I would be touching every inch of her body everyday. I will have to do this for 3 months. she even told me that if I want to make it easier, I could just take a shower with her. I deeply care for her and know that if I don't help her she would be very hurt. I really am the only person she can trust and cannot afford to hire someone. please help me, I don't know what to do.
