Ok so. I do Tracy Anderson's Dance Cardio and Mat Workout DVDs everyday. Sometimes i get thru all but others just the half way with Dance Cardio DVD. I'm about 5'8 and weight about 54kg - 118.8lbs. I need some tips on losing weight. I pretty good with drinking lots of water. I don't eat much. Is it that i eat every four hour? Thank you. And do not babble on about targeted weight loss. It is NOT.
