What's the nastiest thing you've seen?

Today it was a 300+ pound woman in a teeny tank top with her gut hanging out and about to fall out the top, and her man was this scrawny dirty looking thing....both smelled like they hadn't showered in a week, made my stomach churn...saw that at Wal-Mart today!
