How do i decide whether to go away for university or stay home?

i want to go away to derby but then part of me keeps saying stay home as its cheaper and i have my family and friends here. but i know that if i stay i wont get any self confidence and i also know that if i go away it will help me to go grow up. i really dont know what to do and it doesnt help that i have lots of different people telling me to go or stay as they want me to.
