Need repair of Charmglow Vent Free Natural Gl Stove Fireplace, CGN300TQ?

BUT THE COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS AND i CANNOT FIND THE MANUAL THAT CAME WITH IT. Keeps shutting off, even the pilot light, anyone have knowledge of this thing, it is only 4 years old.
