I ate an old pop tart?

it was open, one was already gone so the package was open, its been there AROUND 1 month-90 days. i saw an ant crawling around on it once i started eating it, so i threw it away and try to spit up most of it i could. it didnt really work that well. the ant was a little tiny one, black if it matters. it just happened so no stomach aches and stuff yet, if it comes. any help on flushing it out of my system other than laxatives?
