Getting induced tomorrow im soo scared !! calm me please !!!!!!!?

I am being induced tomorrow morning i have to go in at 9;30am and i don't know anyone hu has been induced so im sooooo nervous i don't know what to expect im 38 weeks today but have to be induced as iv got severe s.p.d so i cant walk or anything proper so i have asked the midwife about something called pitocin because iv read so many answers with this in it and apparently they don't do that here im from england so maybe that's why i just don't know so i am so scared i don't know what to do or how to prepare for anything i knew the day was gunna come but i just didn't know when and now its finally here im stuck just got mind block and just know im going to forget everything how is it being induced is it scary and as painful as i think i had 24 hours of natural birth 4 years ago with my son and i hated it but now its different because they are starting me off please give me some tips or anything else that would calm my nerves im petrified hope it all goes well i think of the worst all time because im a very anxious person anyway and suffer anxiety and panic attacks please help thank you !!
