Can an infant get sick from raw meat?

I was cooking steaks and I through the package away my daughter has a habit of getting stuff out of the trash Ive repeatedly got on to her and slapped her hand and moved it. Anyway she got the package out was playing with it and i took it away from her but i do not know if she ingested any of it. i just want to know if there is any health or any issues i should worry about. waiting for reply from ped,, she is acting fine and she is 13 months
