Would conservatives please give this term they use an objective definition?

We can't provide an objective definition for a subjective phrase. You ask the impossible. For example, I'm a programmer, most people would find my work hard and requiring years of education, but for me it is easy because I have experience with it. Not everyone is going to agree what constitutes "hard work" so a universal definition can't be supplied.
