Was he making fun of me?

so we were talking, and this girl wasnt feeling well, and this guy suggested she drink some orange juice, i said it tastes like blood, and this guy was like "you're drinking blood" i said no but i take iron pills and it tastes like blood, like the orange juice" and then this girl who's anemic said "well mine dont taste like that" and he asked her if she was anemic and said she slightly and i then i said im severely anemic and he said " know you are jess"
