My 13 year old daughter is scared of everything please help?

My daughter is afraid of the dark, scary movies, roller coasters, doing anything new, making friends. She is beautiful she did some modeling she looks like cindy crawford when she was younger she even has a small mole above her lip but she doesn't talk to any friends ive been to her school and everyone is nice to her and talking to her but she wont talk. My son is a grade below her and he said she just doesn't talk to anyone no one is mean. She is in the national honor society and has never got anything but A's since she has been in school. and i believe her best friend is my 3 year old. I don't know what to do please real help
