Im 15, i bench press and work with weights 3 to 4 times a week, do alot of cardio and took some jiu jitsu (tho i wnted to get into kickboxing). i know im not super fit, but it fits my interest category. what kind of women boxing, fighing, etc are there? i need info & tips about it, & some ways to help getting me started and where i go to train professionally for the future. yr help is appreciated! thanks.
